Happy Easter

As Mike has been away this weekend cheering on Duke at the final four (GO DUKE!!), Kate woke up Easter morning with fever. Fun, fun. She had fever pretty much all day with no other symptoms then her usual clear runny nose and weeping eyes, so we headed to the doctor first time Monday morning. Dr. Owens thinks she has a tiny ear infection and probably a sinus infection. After Kate started on her amoxicillin yesterday it seems to break her fever and she has been feeling better since. I on the other hand feel like I have been run over by a train (two full days of fussy baby who wants only me and doesn't take a nap!!!) But I am glad she is feeling better and (thank God) is taking a nap today!!

What have we been up too? Well, last week we did all our normal things that we do. You know parks, music class, & hanging out with Cassie & Jax. Kate surprised me at Pflugerville Park by playing on the play scape by herself. Check out the video I took of this!! She had a super great time!!

My Mom came up for Easter weekend and spend Friday night and Saturday morning with us! Also, Mike's Mom (Gram) and Aunt flew in Saturday night. Mike's Mom got here just in time to watch the Duke game!!

Mike will be back home tonight and we will have Gram & Aunt Rae Ann with us the rest of the week!

Also, thank you Aunt Connie and Uncle Johnny for the furniture for Kate's room! It looks great!! Also, thanks Mom for bringing it to us from your trip to Houston!
