Kate's 5th Birthday

Poor Kate.  Between Alex being sick and our hot water heater breaking, her birthday didn't really go as planned.  Oh and her soccer game out rained out!  We started the morning with presents!

then she had to be measured!

Alex didn't have fever, so we all headed out to Safari Champ

Then we had lunch and Mike worked on getting someone to replace our hot water heater.  He brought 2 new ones and then found someone to install them.  While he was doing that, Kate and I played  the new princess game she got for her birthday.  Gram, Aunt Kristin, and Aberlee came over to give Kate her presents and then we all headed out to Kate's favorite place to eat, Chipotle.  Rice is her favorite thing to eat and she loves the rice from Chipotle.

After dinner we had her PINK Princess cake

Then Kate and Alex wanted to dress up in the Izzy and Jake customes that Gram gave them

We can't believe that our baby is 5 years old!  Where has the time gone???
