DC trip

Mike and I headed to DC to meet our new niece for the weekend--without the kiddos!!!  Uncle Brian and Aunt Jes came and watched the kiddos and boy did they have fun!  Mike and I enjoyed our visit with Dougie, Lizzi and baby Violet.  Mike and I were reminded of how much work a new baby is!  It's amazing how quick you forget!

Violet is a previous baby and so sweet!  So happy they are coming back in May to visit.

I also got to see my friend from college Katie and her family and my BFF from high school, Amanda.

The kiddos had a ball while we were gone!  They talked about their weekend with Aunt Jes and Uncle Brian ALL week long!!  Jes shared with me their pictures.

Kids Trike-a-Thon

At the kids preschool they do a Trike-A-Thon for St Jude every year. Here's Alex's class:

 Kate got to ride two times.  Once with her MWF class and then with her Tues/Thurs class.

Our new formal dining room

Here it is our grown up formal dining room.  Gramo and Papa Bear's house sold in GA so we got their dining room furniture.

Aberlee's 3rd bday dinner

 We went out to Red Robin for Aberlee's 3rd birthday and had a great time!

Our sweet niece Aberlee had her 3rd bday party this weekend.  She had a joint party with the kids friend Ireland.  It was a great party with lots of fun!
