the croup

It seems that at the kiddos birthday party, the kids were exposed to croup.  Alex along with Reese, Aberlee, Noah, Chase, Grady and Jackson all have croup.  Alex woke up Wednesday night with fever and then Thursday night he threw up 2 times.  Friday he had fever off and on and then Saturday woke up with a little bit of a barking cough.  Reese and Aberlee both were diagnosed with Croup so I took Alex to the Dr Saturday afternoon.  Poor baby.  He was complaining that it hurt when he coughed and he was sleeping alot.  He is now on 3 days of steroids.  I hope he is better by Friday when we leave for our trip!
