Surfside Beach trip 2016

Mike and I took the big kids for a beach trip with my BFF from college Amanda and her family.  We left Will at home with his MeMe.  Amanda and Chris have kids about the same age as Kate and Alex.   The kids played together so well that they left us grown ups alone so we could be, well, grown ups!  We rented a house called the "Snook" and it was beautiful and so close to the beach!

Fourth of July 2016

We started our fourth off with a party at my sister's house on Saturday.  It was too much fun!!  Great food, great people, water balloons, and a bounce house!

Sunday the kids, Mike and his parents watched Independence Day and then went to watch the new one.  Then we had some great friends over for dinner.

Monday, on the 4th, Kate and her girl scout troop were in the Round Rock Parade.  It was hot, but super fun!
