Road Trip to NH, Day 3 & 4

Headed to Andrew Johnson's grave site.



Headed to Springfield, Va to Mike's brother, Dougie's new house.

Next morning, we headed into DC.  Kids were super excited!  They loved riding on the Metro (or Subway as they called it).  First we went to see the Declaration of Independence and then to the Natural history museum.















We walked all the way to the Lincoln memorial, and it was a long walk and super HOT!!







Will was so happy all day!

Road Trip to NH Day 1 & 2

We left around 7am and headed to Nashville.


Kids did a great job and Mike drove all day to Nashville.

Next morning, we headed out to tour Nashville.  First we headed downtown so Mike could see a President James Polk's grave.



Then we went to Centennial Park:




Then we checked out the Parthenon





then we headed to the Country Music Hall of fame.

Started with a really cool and funny puppet show and then on to see all the stuff.

It was really neat, Mike even enjoyed it.

Then we headed to Fort Negley and had lunch.

After lunch, he headed to Greeneville (President grave for Mike to see) to spent the night.

July 4th

The night before we meet up with my Mom and sis for dinner to celebrate my Mom's bday.



We started out July 4th with the Round Rock Parade.  We meet up with friends and had a blast!








Then we headed to Aunt Jes and Uncle Brian's for a party!




then we were all packed up to leave the next morning for our trip!!!


Austin Zoo. July 2017

I had brought a Goupon to the Austin Zoo and it was about to expire so we headed to the Austin Zoo!
It was hot, but we had a fun morning.

Kate went to a camp with the Kid acting studio with her friend Madison and was cast as Alice number 2.  She did such a great job!!  She had about 35 lines.  We were all so proud of her!!  She had Gram, Pawpaw, Alex, Daddy, Will, Beckham, Aberlee, Aunt Kristin and Aunt Jes all come to see her in her performance!!
