Alex's 3rd Birthday

We woke Alex up singing Happy Birthday and then he opened his presents.

Kate and I had to go to a soccer meeting, so Mike and  Alex spent the afternoon at home playing superhero.  That afternoon we had Gram, Aunt Jes, Uncle Brian, Aunt Kristin, Aberlee, and the Newberry family over for a taco dinner.  Alex had a great time!  He really loved his new Jack ship and his Jack costume.

Alex's second day of school

Alex helped me make cap pops for his class on Friday on Thursday.  We didn't even cry or say goodbye to me when I dropped him off Friday morning.  He just walked in like he owned the place and didn't look back.  Where did my baby go?  He got a birthday crown from Ms Cori.

Alex's first day of Preschool

Alex was so excited that he will be going to school with Kate this year on MWF.  But I still had to drag him in the door and he cried. 

When I picked him up Ms Cori, his teacher, said he only cried for a second and had an awesome day.  I did a little happy dance after dropping BOTH kids off, my start to 3 morning a week free with no kiddos.  Now to clean the house in peace!

Reese's 3rd bday was train themed and we all had a great time!  The kiddos played outside and decorated cupcakes!

Weekend with Aberlee

Kristin and Blake went on a babymoon this past weekend, so we had Aberlee with us!  She is just a joy!  Gram took Kate for Friday night until Sunday afternoon, so we only had 3 kiddos for Sunday afternoon/Monday.  Friday night we took the kiddos swimming with LeeAnn's family.  They were gone all summer so Kate and LeeAnn are so happy to be back together.

Saturday the kiddos stayed in their PJ's all day and we just played!  Pancakes, playroom, wrestling with Mike and naps! 

Sunday we got Kate back and went to the pool again after dinner and then it was slumber party time!

 Kate was up until about 9:30 at the slumber party and the littles were still going!  I had to end up separating them at 10:45 so they would finally go to sleep!!!
