Ice days!!!

SOOOOO we have had like a million days off of school due to the crazy cold weather we have been having.  It has been really crazy and well . . . COLD!!  When RRISD has a 2 hr delay the kiddos preschool closes and that has happened sooo many times lately, that the preschool actually changed their policy!!!  Now if RRISD has a 2 hr delay, we will start at 10:30.  Last Friday the kiddos were so sad to miss school because they missed their PJ Teddy bear picnic.

We have done lots of crafts and watched lots of movies!

Kate's cast is OFF!!!!

Finally the day came for Kate to get her cast off!!!  We were all so excited!!  Her x-rays look great and she is now in a brace for the next month, but can go back to dance in 2 weeks!!!

We told the kiddos to celebrate Kate getting her cast off they could have a big ol bubble bath in our bathtub!! 

We also planned a "I got my cast off" party for Thursday, but had to cancel due to Kate being sick with an ear infection with fever and I was up all night Tuesday night throwing up!

Superbowl

Kristin and Blake had us and some other families over for a superbowl party.  The kids had a great time and Mike and I won some money!!

Chase's bday party

On Saturday morning, Alex and Mike went to Home Depot to make a car

while Kate and I went to a Frozen sing along.  She told me I was the best Mommy Ever for taking her.  She sang all the songs Loud and Proud!!!

 After that we headed to Chase's 3rd birthday party at the kids gymnastics place.

Day with Baby Beckham

Snow Day

On Thursday night it started to rain, then sleeting, then snow!  Kids had school canceled so we started our day with hot chocolate.  Kate couldn't wait to play in the snow!  Alex was not a fan, here is how he feels about it:

 Kate and I headed outside.  It was about 26 degrees, so we didn't last long.

San Fran Trip

Mike and I left the kiddos with Meme for 2 days and Gram for 2 days and headed out West to San Francisco!!  We stayed with our dear friends Bobby and Natalie.  We had a GREAT time!  I hope we can go back soon!!

On Friday we saw San Fran's Union Square

then walked to Chinatown

then waited an hour to ride a cable car.  It was sooo fun!!

We had dinner and hung out with Bobby and Natalie Friday night and then Saturday headed to a winery.

It was a beautiful day and we had such a great time at this winery, we headed to another one

Then we headed back to SF to watch the Eagles and hang out.

Sunday we had lunch across the Golden Gate on the water and then went to Muir wood park.

Redwoods are amazing!!!
