Surprise visitors

On Thursday, Gram tells us that she has to go back to her house to meet with some landscapers. She leaves and then a little while later, comes back telling us that she has a surprise and tells the kiddos to "hurry up, hurry up!" Mike and I both thought it was maybe the neighbor cat under the car or something, but then we realized it must be something bigger.

Then we look out and standing in the garage is Aunt Kristin and cousin Aberlee!!! What a wonderful surprise!!

Hello Kitty cookies

On Thursday, Kate and I made Hello Kitty cookies for her to take to her class to celebrate her birthday at school on Friday.

Goodbye 605

On Tuesday, we finally signed the papers to sell the old Pflugerville house!! Finally!! It was very bittersweet! We brought both our babies home to that house and lots of other special memories! But we will make lots of new memories in our new beautiful home!

Mike's new toy

On Monday afternoon, Gram, Kate and Alex and I came home from picking up Kate from school and as I'm getting Kate out of the van, she says "Mom, we got a new car." I was like what? And then she pointed to the 3rd car garage and there sat Mike's new car!! It was really funny because neither Gram or I noticed the car!

Sick days

As usual a few days after school starts the kiddos get sick! Kate woke up on Saturday with fever and we have pretty much been home since. Kate seemed better on Sunday morning, but the fever came back Sunday night, so no school for her today! Now Alex has a fever! They both have a cough, too. Fun, fun!
